Wilkin Lai serves as the Managing Broker at RIC3 LLC. Wilkin has been lending in Detroit since 2005 and has helped change the landscape of Detroit real estate, opening up financing opportunities for some of the city’s most iconic condos and in some of Detroit's most beloved neighborhoods. Now residing in the Hudson Valley, NY RIC3 has expanded into New York! In 2025, Wilkin became a licensed realtor in New York (NY Salesperson License #10401397210) and now provides a comprehensive package of real estate services.
Wilkin is married to Heather and together they have 3 boys: Matthias, Caleb and Andrew. The most popular family member is their husky Sage. Wilkin carries a frisbee most everywhere he goes and he serves as lead Project Framer with the non-profit Creative Community Service Network (CCSN). He grew up in Pittsburgh, earned a degree in finance at the University of Illinois and lives with his family in New Paltz, NY.
