Wilkin Lai serves as the Managing Broker at RIC3 LLC. Wilkin has been lending in Detroit since 2005 and has helped change the landscape of Detroit real estate, opening up financing opportunities for some of the city’s most iconic condos and lofts along with Detroit's most beloved neighborhoods. Now residing in New Paltz, RIC3 is expanding into New York!
Wilkin is married to Heather and together they have 3 boys: Matthias, Caleb and Andrew. The most popular family member is their husky Sage. Wilkin carries a frisbee most everywhere he goes and he serves as lead Project Framer with the non-profit Creative Community Service Network (CCSN). He grew up in Pittsburgh, earned a degree in finance at the University of Illinois and lives with his family in New Paltz, NY.
